TokyoCakeShop.Com provides reliable cake delivery throughout Tokyo and selected areas across Japan. To ensure every cake is freshly prepared and delivered in excellent condition, we recommend placing your order at least 1–2 days in advance. Delivery availability may vary depending on the destination and product.

Delivery Coverage

We deliver to residential and business addresses throughout Tokyo and many other cities in Japan. At this time, we do not offer international delivery or deliveries to military bases, APO, or FPO addresses.

Recipient Availability

To ensure successful delivery, the recipient may be contacted before dispatch. If the recipient is unavailable at the delivery address, our delivery partner will attempt to arrange a suitable redelivery whenever possible.

Delivery Time Requests

Customers may request a preferred delivery time during checkout. While we do our best to accommodate these requests, exact delivery times cannot be guaranteed due to traffic, weather, and local delivery conditions.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled or modified only if preparation has not yet begun. Once a cake has entered the preparation or delivery process, cancellation or changes may no longer be possible.

Combined Orders

If you order a cake together with flowers, chocolates, or other gifts, the items may be delivered separately depending on the product type and delivery partner.

Public Holidays

Delivery schedules may be affected during Japanese public holidays and peak seasonal periods. We recommend placing your order early to help ensure your preferred delivery date.
